Joshua's inspiration for Her Father's Cider Bar + Kitchen began through his experience at Beaver Valley Orchard and Cidery. Being introduced to cider by one of Ontario's leading craft producers encouraged Joshua to develop the concept of an exclusive cider bar featuring cider from Ontario and the world. He is passionate about developing the Ontario cider community through accessibility and education. Joshua's past restaurant experience includes several positions at a leading Toronto based restaurant group.
Ryan Barclay found his passion in life behind the pass. He's spent the last 10 years in the kitchens of some of Toronto's best restaurants honing his skills and palate. After leading teams both big and small Chef Barclay made the decision to be part of a small neighbourhood restaurant. A place where he can have a hand in all of the food coming out of the kitchen and know that he is always offering his guests the freshest, highest quality, local, hand-picked ingredients.
Tim has spent years working for hospitality industry leaders such as Fairmont, Langdon Hall a Relais & Chateau property as well as a leading Toronto based restaurant group. His experience is well rounded and also includes amazing travel destinations: Australia, parts of Europe, and more recently sailed from Toronto to the Bahamas. He graduated from the University of Guelph in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He looks forward to continuing his career and working together in an amazing environment.
